Meet & Greets

The Meet & Greet visit lets you meet a Pet Care Professional, introduce your pet(s), and share your needs. Provide all care instructions, home access info, supply locations, diet details, and pet behavior tips. The professional will answer questions and explain the service.

If your service needs change, like adding a pet or moving, you can schedule another Meet & Greet to update your pet care instructions. All first-time clients must book a Meet & Greet before scheduling a visit!

Medications

A Pet Care Professional will give your pet medication as instructed, at no extra charge. Please provide clear instructions for all medications. We'll follow them carefully!

Holidays ($10)

We offer pet care 365 days a year. Our company holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. A $10 Holiday Fee per scheduled visit will be added to your invoice and paid directly to your Pet Care Professional for working on these holidays.
